Greetings from Danbury, CT

Last month, we had the great pleasure of visiting some old friends in Danbury, CT.  Woot!!! Trip back to the East Coast!!! We were in town to celebrate one of the hubby's childhood friend's birthday.  Plus any excuse to get back to the East Coast, I'll take it.

Here are some photos from our exciting adventures in Danbury.

Good Bye 2011 and Hello 2012!!!

Today marks the end of another year.

This year has been filled with many joys and woes,

trust me, it did and still does...

but in the end, we couldn't be happier with the many blessings and experiences we received

during the last 365 days.  Thank you everyone for making this year as wonderful as possible.

We will cherish all the memories you all have brought us.

Tonight, I will be snuggled on the couch with my handsome Hubby and the most adorable cat

in world.  We will be watching the ball drop in Time Square while sipping Champagne and

making wishes, eating my 12 magical grapes and not to mention kissing the hubby.

 Happy New Year Everyone!!!

May 2012 brings us all a year filled with peace, prosperity and happiness.

See you in 2012!

Lions, Tigers, and Friends~~~~

Last Friday, we took our fabulous house guests to the Wild Animal Park!!!  What a wonderful way to walk off our Thanksgiving feast.  Everyone had a blast walking around the different habitats.

To top off a wonderful day, we decided to head to In-n-Out for a little taste of California!

Happy Friday Everyone!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Today is the day we have been anticipating for weeks.  We are officially hosting our own grown up F-R-I-E-N-D-S--G-I-V-I-N-G!!!  We're having friends from far and near join us for dinner.  It is quite nerve racking since I've never cooked a turkey in my life not to mention a fancy one with bacon butter.  We have prepped as much as possible to prevent any possible mishaps (we already experienced 2!!).  Thank goodness our close friends Nitin and Carolina are making the journey early to help with the cooking.  Yay!!!

I can't wait to share this fabulous meal with our wonderful friends!!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE~~~

Mama is coming to town...

This past weekend, my hubby's mama decided to drive down and grace us with her presence.   We decided to take Hubby's Mama to  Prado Restaurant for lunch.  The Prado Restaurant is located in the heart of Balboa Park.  It has breath taking views and if you are lucky maybe you get to be a surprised guest to one of the many weddings on the lower terrace.

After stuffing our faces full of Prado goodness, we decided to take a tour of the famous gardens of Balboa Park.  Here are some photos of our adventures in Balboa Park.
